​Full Desk / 360 GTM Recruiter
📍 Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

• Our client is looking for an ambitious, sales-driven 360 recruiter to help build and scale our GTM recruitment desk across high-growth tech markets.

• This is a full-desk opportunity where you’ll be responsible for both business development and candidate delivery, partnering with VC-backed startups and innovative tech companies hiring top commercial talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow new client relationships across the GTM tech space

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from BD through to placement

• Source and engage high-performing GTM talent across the U.S. market

• Develop long-term candidate and client networks within emerging tech

• Negotiate offers, manage processes, and drive revenue growth

Requirements

• 1+ years of agency recruitment experience preferred

• Experience in a 360/full-desk environment is a plus

• Strong communication, BD, and relationship-building skills

• Highly motivated, competitive, and financially driven

• Interest in AI, SaaS, Data, or emerging technology markets
