Are you an experienced 360 Finance Recruiter looking for the opportunity to work with international clients, recruit across global markets, and join a growing UK-based recruitment business? Our client is seeking a driven and commercially minded recruiter to join a high-performing team, taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Recruiting finance professionals across a range of levels and specialisms

• Identifying new business opportunities and developing existing accounts

• Conducting candidate interviews, market mapping, and talent sourcing

• Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to offer stage

• Working with an established client database while also developing your own client base

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience within Finance Recruitment

• Strong business development and client management skills

• Experience recruiting finance professionals across various levels

• A consultative, relationship-driven approach

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• International recruitment experience would be highly advantageous
