Location: Cape Town (Blouberg office preferred 3 days per week in office)

2x Recruiters – Vertrou Outsourcing

These roles sit within Vertrou Outsourcing, supporting global recruitment firms by delivering high-quality talent across multiple markets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working with international recruitment clients

• Supporting delivery across various sectors

• Engaging and managing candidates in global markets

• Being part of a high-performance outsourcing team

What we’re looking for:

• Professional services agency, outsourcing or R2R recruitment experience

• Strong communication and delivery skills

• Ability to work with international clients

• Organised, proactive, and quality-driven
