​Industry: White Collar Construction (Data Centres, Pharmaceuticals, Mission Critical)

Our client is a specialist recruitment consultancy operating across the UK and Europe, focused on high-quality white-collar placements within mission-critical construction sectors. With a growing team and a strong presence in the industry, they are looking for a driven, independent and ambitious recruiter to join them and contribute to their continued expansion.

Position Overview

They are seeking a 360 Recruiter (open to a strong 270 Recruiter willing to handle some BD/lead generation) who has proven experience within white collar construction recruitment. This role will focus heavily on recruitment delivery while still maintaining a level of proactive business development.

You’ll manage 5–10 roles at a time, often similar roles across different locations, and will work closely with senior leadership for support on closing when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery (70%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple white-collar construction roles

• Source and engage high-quality candidates using internal tools (ATS: Atlas, sourcing tool: JuiceBox)

• Build and run email outreach sequences (training provided)

• Conduct candidate qualification calls, manage expectations, and maintain strong talent pipelines

• Ensure accurate logging and efficient use of the ATS

Business Development (30%)

• Generate new business leads on every call; maximize opportunities across client and candidate interactions

• Cold call prospects—this is a proactive role, not reliant on inbound or pre-arranged calls

• Support the growth of the client's portfolio in the UK/EU construction markets

Performance Expectations

• Target: minimum of 2 placements per month

• Present detailed sales and performance figures in interviews and ongoing reviews

Required Experience & Skills (Non-Negotiables)

✅ White Collar Construction recruitment experience (must include mission-critical sectors: Data Centres, Pharma, etc.)

✅ Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter

✅ Must have recruitment experience in the EU (Portugal, Germany, Finland, Belgium) or UK

✅ Agency recruitment experience (internal recruiters are not a match)

✅ Minimum 1 year tenure at previous employer (to validate performance and targets)

Preferred

• Strong sales / BD background

• US recruitment experience considered only if BD skills are very strong

Tools & Systems

• Atlas ATS (training provided)

• JuiceBox Sourcing Tool (training provided)

• No job board access—creativity and resourcefulness required
