We are currently expanding our team and looking for a motivated and ambitious 180 Recruitment Consultant to join us and make an impact in our growing business.

Role Overview:
As a 180 Recruitment Consultant, you will focus exclusively on candidate management, from sourcing and screening to placing high-quality candidates in the right roles. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys building relationships with candidates and has a passion for delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and headhunting.

  • Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a strong fit for clients’ needs.

  • Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of candidates.

  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure candidate selection aligns with client requirements.

  • Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM system.

  • Meet and exceed individual targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a target-driven environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of motivation and resilience.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.

  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
