• 180 delivery-focused recruitment position

• High-volume LinkedIn sourcing and candidate outreach

• Conducting screening interviews and candidate qualification

• Working closely with senior consultants who manage client relationships

• Recruiting top talent across Data Centre, Project Controls, Automation, Engineering, and related sectors

• Permanent recruitment focus within the Irish market

What We're Looking For

• Previous permanent recruitment experience is essential

• MUST have experience recruiting within the Irish market

• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting capabilities

• Experience recruiting within Data Centres, Project Controls, Automation, Engineering, Construction, or related sectors

• Healthcare and Education recruitment backgrounds will not be considered

• Confident engaging passive candidates and building talent pipelines
