​Our client is looking for a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to support their growing UK market, with a particular focus on London.

This is a 180 delivery-focused role, centred around candidate sourcing, headhunting and engagement rather than full 360 recruitment. You’ll work closely with an existing consultant, qualifying and developing candidates before handing them over to manage the remainder of the process.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Sourcing and headhunting candidates for the UK market

• Identifying and engaging relevant candidates

• Conducting initial candidate conversations

• Qualifying candidates against specific requirements

• Building strong candidate relationships

• Developing and maintaining candidate pipelines

• Ensuring qualified candidates are properly briefed before handover

• Working closely with the existing consultant throughout the process

Market & Sector

The role focuses on the UK market, specifically London.

Experience in the following areas would be particularly relevant:

• Legal recruitment

• Professional services recruitment

• Specialist recruitment

Legal recruitment experience is the preferred background, but candidates with strong experience in other specialist recruitment environments will also be considered.

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment agency experience

• Strong sourcing and headhunting ability

• Confident candidate engagement skills

• Experience working against a UK-focused recruitment desk

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable working in a delivery-focused environment

• Organised and able to manage multiple candidate processes

• Someone who enjoys the candidate side of recruitment and building long-term relationships
