​Our client is a growing specialist recruitment business operating within the Data Centre and Mission Critical sector. They’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their Project Controls team, focusing on the US market.

This is a candidate-focused role, with responsibility for sourcing, qualifying, and vetting candidates before handing them over to the Account Manager.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Sourcing and headhunting candidates across the US market

• Building and managing candidate pipelines

• Shortlisting candidates against specific requirements

• Conducting first-stage qualifying conversations

• Asking the right questions to assess experience and suitability

• Conducting Teams interviews with qualified candidates

• Fully vetting candidates before handing them over to the Account Manager

• Working towards agreed KPIs and recruitment targets

The business specialises in Data Centre and Mission Critical recruitment, with this role sitting within the Project Controls & Scheduling division.

You don’t need to have Project Controls experience from day one. The right person will be given the opportunity to learn and develop within this specialist area.

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment agency experience

• Technical recruitment experience

• Construction recruitment experience is essential

• Previous US recruitment experience would be a strong advantage

• Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills

• Confident speaking with and qualifying candidates

• Excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable working to KPIs and targets

• Mouldable, curious and willing to learn a specialist market

• Able to properly assess and vet candidates before handover

What's on Offer

• Salary: R35,000 per month

• Flexible working hours around two required coverage hours

• Likely working hours of around 10:00 – 19:00 UK time, with some flexibility around daylight saving, and individual circumstances
