Dan's new role with HRS led him to change markets and switch across to Life Sciences but what he did was brilliant. Dan took a step back to learn this sector from the ground up and started off resourcing. This allowed him to really understand the market place.
His experience in Management during his past positions, being responsible for offices across the UK allowed him to have a rare head start during the change over the past 12 months in a flexible/remote working industry.
