Mark heads up their regional technology and change business in the UK. He spends his time helping insurance CIO's and technology leaders to build high-performance teams.
12 years in the recruitment industry, Mark spent 10 years in his previous recruitment business working his way up over the years to have been offered the role of Managing Director.
Speaking to Mark he has done so much in his career in recruitment, starting off as a recruitment consultant, becoming top biller, taking on management then running the whole business.
Over the years his views in recruitment have changed. Recruitment is not just a job to Mark or an opportunity to keep up with the social antics. This is a career for him and he loves it. He works to be successful with one goal in mind, that is to support his family.
