Straight out of university Olly joined GQR in their London office on their graduate programme back in 2016.
Having been dropped in the deep end after a very strong/successful start in recruitment, Olly was put in a position of management which he was supported and trained into it by the business and his peers.
As a young leader, Olly could not talk more highly of his team. He loves the people he works with and makes sure he is always in a circle of influence.
