With nearly 8 years in recruitment, Simon has progressed through to the management role he is in now. He went into management after 2 years in recruitment. He learned from his mistakes to make him better as his job.
Simon is a big advocate on constructive self-criticism and so he understands that mistakes need to be made so you can learn from them. He has a vast amount of experience to share with people in recruitment and is a credit to himself.
