Episode 09 of The Search. Elliott had the opportunity to discuss the past 20 years of recruitment with Sean Schwarzin 20 minutes. He is currently working for a global recruitment company called ConSol Partnersbased in their London office.
Sean is the contract sales Director for the business and has always worked in the Technology/IT/Telco recruitment space and covers the EMEA market.
Sean has spent the last 12 years working for Consol Partners, working his way up the business over his time there.
They went through his experience from being a resourcer in recruitment 20 years ago, to progressing through the ranks over the years to where he is now.
He does not look back with any regret. Sean has always chosen the leadership route and concentrating on his progression. One of the most important points he made is that he loves to use business plans to help him with the consistency in his success today.
