On this weeks episode Stuart Mitchellwent through his experience, moving to a new role in London before going out NYC and taking on a huge responsibility. He is now in a new role in Los Angeles and has learnt the hard way on how to deal with being a manager in recruitment.
He has now grown out an exceptional division and is looking after a team across 2 continents. Having been a top biller, moving to the US and dealing with one of the biggest challenges of his career.
