They are looking to add a Sales Negotiator to their West Essex branch, based in Theydon Bois.
Duties will include:
Canvasing the local area with new instructions
Shadowing viewings side by side with the experienced Negotiators
Learning the Real Estate Negotiators process in detail
Booking viewings/listings appointments
Registering new tenants and buyers
Starting to build up your own pipeline
What they are looking for in a candidate:
Must have outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator, written, verbal and face to face
Team player, happy to step in to offer support outside of day to day duties
Career motivated, hardworking, focused individual - ideally hospitality/retail experience
