We are working on a brand new role in for an ambitios Aviation or Aerospace recruiter, who wants to run their own show!
Our client is a specialist agency who has been trading in the US market for years from the UK - they are now ready to put boots on the ground and build/ invest into someone ready to lead a practice of their own.
As a senior leader, you will be a thought leader and subject matter expert in your space. You will be responsible for setting up strategy, originating new business and delivering on end to end searches.
Once you find your feet, you will be allocated budget to hire a team around you and rapidly scale a successful business.
They are paying a salary of up to $100,000 with a commission structure of up to scaling up to 30% and override!
This is a fully remote role, however you must be based in either the US or Canada to be considered for this role.
